Management Accounts

We will provide you with management accounts at intervals that are meaningful to your business and give you some real insights in to how you are progressing throughout the year.
Of course, those management accounts are not much use to most people if they are just a bunch of numbers of a page. We want you to get as much out of them as possible so will always provide some commentary and KPIs that are useful to you. We usually find that KPIs are a moving target and we will work with you over time to find the ones that guide you and your business most effectively.

Regular meetings
We’ve probably made it clear already, but our relationship with you is the best part of what we do! It’s why we do what we do and we’ve seen in countless scenarios where this close working relationship between you and us is what can really make a difference. That’s why we don’t want to see you just once a year. We will have three meetings per year with you about your management accounts, just to ensure that the two way communication remains open between us. These will be pre-arranged and have an agenda that is tailored to your business (and please don’t be alarmed if we set you some pre-meeting ‘homework’. We don’t want to waste your time and want you to get as much as possible from every minute you invest with us!).
Unlimited support
​If you don’t fancy being on the clock every time you want to speak to us, this one is for you! We provide a quick query service where we will assist you with any queries you have to do with your accounts without charging you for every phone call and email. We believe that this can be a real barrier for clients to be able to access advice as and when they need it and by being here for your queries, we can prevent larger problems from happening further down the line. We will of course be open with you and let you know where something doesn’t fall under our quick query service and will discuss with you any additional fees for project work before these are incurred.
